At Snkrehab, we aim to provide fast, reliable and transparent shipping for both our sneaker cleaning services and physical products. Please read the information below carefully.
Sneaker Cleaning & Restoration Services
Once your service order is placed, you will receive clear instructions on how to send or drop off your sneakers. We currently offer local drop-off (where applicable) and postal services using trusted UK couriers. Customers are responsible for securely packaging their sneakers before sending them to us.
Our standard turnaround time is 3–7 working days from the date we receive your sneakers. Restoration or specialist services may take longer depending on the work required. During peak periods, turnaround times may vary and customers will be kept informed.
Once your sneakers have been cleaned or restored, they will be shipped back using a tracked and reliable courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for courier delays outside of our control.
Product Shipping (Cleaning Kits & Accessories)
All product orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
We offer tracked UK shipping on all product orders. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
International shipping is available where stated at checkout. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time and will be clearly stated.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please allow additional time before contacting us, as couriers can experience delays. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
