At Snkrehab Limited, we aim to provide the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Returns for Products
We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Cleaning kits, shoe trees, and crease protectors can be returned if they are faulty or unused.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Contact us at enquiries@snkrehab.co.uk with your order details.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds & Redos for Sneaker Cleaning Services
We strive to provide high-quality sneaker cleaning and restoration services. If you are not satisfied with the results, we offer the following options:
  • Redo of the Service: If you believe the cleaning was not done to an acceptable standard, we may offer to redo the service free of charge.

  • Partial Refund: If we determine that the service was not performed to our usual standard, we may issue a partial refund based on the circumstances.

  • No Refunds for Material Limitations: Some materials (e.g., suede, heavily worn sneakers) may not be fully restorable. We do our best to set realistic expectations before service and, therefore, cannot issue refunds if a full restoration is not achievable due to material limitations.

How to Request a Refund or Redo:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your cleaned sneakers.

  2. Provide photos of the sneakers and describe the issue.

  3. We will assess your request and provide a solution within 3 business days.

Cancellations
  • Product Orders: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Sneaker Cleaning Services: You may cancel your booking before shipping your sneakers to us. If we have already received your sneakers, a cancellation is no longer possible.

 Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
  • Sneaker Cleaning Services: If a package is lost in transit and it was not Snkrehab's fault, we cannot refund the client's shoes. However, all parcels sent to and from Snkrehab are insured up to £150 by default, with an option to upgrade to £1000 insurance for £7. If a claim is required, we will assist customers in claiming compensation through DPD.

  • Product Orders: If your product is lost or damaged during delivery, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the claim.
